What times can you deliver?  5am to 8pm, our water pump can be quite noisy if your in a residential area. Outside these hours can be arranged.

Do I need to be home? No you don’t, as long is its accessible, happy to be in contact with you over the phone if you have concerns. Payment can be made over the phone or cash left in a safe space. 

How long does it take? It can take as little as 30 minutes but things like extra hoses, inclines, boggy driveways and entrances will add on extra time, there’s no extra cost for this.

Can I have a specific delivery time? On quiet days we may be able to, but in most cases we don’t. What we will do is send a text when we are on our way.

I’m not sure if you can access my tank? It’s best to call and chat with us, we can be very accommodating and always happy to help.

 Why do you need food grade hoses and do you have them?  All of our hoses and fittings are food grade, cheaper hoses will contain toxins such as lead, antimony, bromine and BPA.

Is there any water wastage? 99%+ of the water gets to its destination, but the last length of the hose doesn’t. Once the water has emptied, the pump turns off and whatever is left in the hoses will be drained out nearby, if there’s a veggie patch, fruit tree or gully we are happy to direction it that way if possible. 

Can you Deliver spring water? We wish but we haven’t found a supplier in the area- if you know one we we would love their details.
